| EICR, up to 3-bed | Full inspection, test results and report | £150–£250 |
| Downlights, per room | 6–8 fire-rated LED downlights | £300–£500 |
All prices include VAT, parts, labour, testing and the certificate. Not included: making good plaster and decoration, asbestos removal, DNO charges for a supply upgrade, scaffold or access equipment. Fixed price in writing before we start — the bill is never larger than the quote.
